Is MiCigarrillo safe?
MiCigarrillo models "Excellent" and "Classic" has been extensively tested, the cartridges have been toxicologically approved and produced in a laboratory which is EEG certified.
How long will a cartridge last?
1 cartridge for MiCigarrillo equals 15 – 20 cigarettes.
Do I need a lighter?
No, MiCigarrillo does not burn.
How do I switch MiCigarrillo on?
MiCigarrillo works when you inhale, you therefore do not have to switch MiCigarrillo on or off.When do I need to use a new cartridge?
When the (water) evaporation and the smoke decreases, we recommend that you replace the cartridge and if necessary charge the battery.
How long will the battery last?
One fully charged battery is suited for the duration of one cartridge.
Can I get nicotine poisoning if I continue to smoke?
Our electronic cigarette is equipped with an electronic security system which stops automatically after 15 inhalations (without a pause), you will then not be able to use MiCigarrillo for 30 seconds.
Does the condensation of the MiCigarrillo smell?
The smell that is released is only the aroma of the tobacco flavour. It does NOT contain tobacco. What about the smoke that is released?
The smoke is condensation.
What about the taste?
The taste of MiCigarrillo is unique and resembles the taste of tobacco.
What is a cartridge?
It is a re-filler. Available in various strengths: zero, light, medium and normal.
Can I use MiCigarrillo anywhere?
The MiCigarrillo can be used in public areas, restaurants and offices where smoking is prohibited as MiCigarrillo does not release harmful smoke but rather condensation, which eliminates harmful passive smoking.
What must I do when MiCigarrillo blinks?
The battery is empty and must be charged.
Can I charge MiCigarrillo in the car?
You can get a special Car Charger so that you can charge your MiCigarrillo in your car.
Can I use any other type of battery?
No, a specially programmed lithium battery has been designed for MiCigarillo®. MiCigarrillo only operates with the original battery. The battery will last for approx. one day with normal use.
Is there a guarantee with the purchase?
You will have 6 months guarantee on the battery and 6 months on the charger. In the event of problems with MiCigarrillo please contact your dealer or contact our customer service.
